Can you tell me if you have encountered this issue while connecting your box to an alternative TV set if possible? It is letting the customers suffer waste their valuable time trying to fix it themselves. I was sure of this, and after an hour or so googling, I came across this thread. I would not like to comment on the competency of your engineers or your technical department. The issue is like Toyota who was recently heavily fined for delay in informing about problems with their vehicles. Issues can arise with any electrical products and we can only advise troubleshooting steps and it they do not help then an engineer visit would be required. I've unplugged all accessories to the tv to ensure there's no interference and the problem continues.
