Picasa Error Either The Source Is Unavailable

Re-install Picasa? I think I'll wait a few months and then decide. If so, delete these photos in iPhoto and then try importing the iPhone 4S photos. Videos taken with iPhone 4S can cause the import process to stop. So far the 100+ pictures on my phone have not gotten onto my computer. I select Picasa as the site, and , in the past, the down load has been completed without problem. Next time I plug in my phone I'll see about importing them to My Pictures. After the error message came up I left my camera attached to the computer for quite awhile.
